PIRC investigation: Commissioner launches investigation following death of 47-year-old man


The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) has instructed the Police Investigations & Review Commissioner (PIRC) to carry out an investigation into police contact with a 47-year-old man who died following an incident in Gordon Street, Glasgow, on Friday 11 November 2016.

A report on the Commissioner's findings has been submitted to the COPFS for their consideration.
