Commissioner submits report to Crown Office relating to death of 47-year-old man


An investigation into the circumstances leading up to the death of a 47-year-old man has been submitted to the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS).

He died following an incident in Gordon Street, Glasgow, on Friday 11 November 2016.

The PIRC investigation examined the police contact with the man and a report on the Commissioner's findings is now being considered by the COPFS.
